Is a cheap prom even possible? By all means, suggests this post by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and the first hurdle to jump is, of course, the dress. Think about borrowing, shopping in the off season, sewing one at home, or visiting the consignment shops. If you've been down this road before, the blog would like to hear from you. The more cheap ideas, the better.
