Cheap accessories are easy to find if you know where to look. WiseBread shares its favorite sources, which include low-cost retailers, craft e-commerce sites, and friends and family. But don't automatically discard the notion of buying up. If you fall hard for something, be it shoes or jewelry or a purse, consider the buy an investment. It will likely last for many years and you'll likely wear it often; in short, the return on your money will be high.
