Frugal shoppers with their hearts set on an SUV surely want to know what is the cheapest SUV. Cars.com pulled together a list of 12 models, all carrying sticker prices below $21,000. But there are some things you should know: these are more car than truck, and many feature manual transmission. When was the last time you shifted gears?
