The cheapest gas in America is surely not found in California, Hawaii, Alaska, Connecticut, or New York. According to US News & World Report, the states with the lowest prices on that all-important fuel are Colorado, Arizona, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Idaho, and Washington. If you're looking to relocate, add gas prices to your list of factors to consider.
