Asus Making a $200 Android or Chrome Netbook

The cheapest Asus netbook may be in the works. Tom's Hardware is picking up reports that the company is developing a netbook that will sell for $250 or less and run on Chrome OS or Android 3.0. What's your best guess about how this will shake out?
