There's the right time for everything, so what to buy in March? Sounds like a silly question, but in the shoulder season between winter and spring, lots of vendors, ecommerce and otherwise, are hosting super sales. CBS News has a run-down of some consumer product categories that are loaded with items begging to be scarfed up by frugal shoppers. If you're a gardener, a skier, a cook, or a soon-to-be wedding guest, this is your moment. Oh, and if you need a new range or refrigerator, or just want to fill your freezer to the brim, there's no time like the present. So let's stimulate the economy folks -- get out there and do some shopping.
