CouponCabin: This slightly cluttered site promises to shave at least 30 percent or more off your shopping bill. It lists coupon codes for major retailers and tells you when they expire and when they were last tested by a member for accuracy. It also tells you the number of coupons currently active on the site; today, for example, it's more than 158,000. There are a list of coupons expiring on that day, editor's picks, and a search tool that lets you find local store and restaurant deals. You can search by store, compare prices, and bid for items via auction. A bonus feature is signing up for the coupon club to get special offers. There's also an iPhone app.

Top 10 Reviews makes note of the site's somewhat scattered appearance, but praises its large list of coupons and the instant chat feature, which lets you quickly get help to find out about discounts. The site's major fault is also its best asset: so many coupons to wade through. There are also overlaps among the categories. Top 10 recommends using the search feature to really find what you're looking for and bypass the more than a dozen navigational bars. A SiteJabber reviewer agrees, saying it would have been easier to just Google-search for coupons.

Other downfalls to the site are its absence of a feature to let you interact with other members and comment on coupons. The help-chat feature perhaps makes up for this.

CoolSavings: The first impression of this site, which claims it can save you hundreds of dollars each day, is that it's very purple. If you can get past the color scheme, the home page is far less cluttered than some of the other cheap coupon sites we've seen. It's split up into local deals, online coupons, featured offers, and product deals. There are also additional tabs at the top toolbar for recipes and community forums.

This is the first of the cheap coupon sites we've reviewed that Top 10 Reviews actually does not recommend using. Its number one reason is that you have to register to use the site, which requires your phone number and address. Top 10 Reviews also says many of the free offers seem spammy and notes the absence of a search function. There also seems to be an inordinate amount of advertisements. Epinions users air similar gripes.

Deals.com: This site has highlighted and popular deals on electronics, homewares, and travel with coupon codes. It says it can save you up to 75 percent off every day. The layout isn't too busy and things seem relatively easy to find. We could find no reviews of this site. If you've used this site, let us know what you think in the comments.
