Halloween has passed and we're well on our way to the holiday season. With attention now focused on the new Windows 8, this is a good time to shop for a desktop computer or upgrade from an old one. This week we also posted tips on finding edible goodies in dumpsters and on landing a no-fee banking deal. To round things out, we noted the best bargain buys in November and provided useful leads for Black Friday prep.
