Toshiba unveils inexpensive Satellite T100 ultraportables

For budget shoppers who feel that a laptop is a bit too much but a netbook isn't quite enough, Toshiba is introducing a new line of "ultraportable" laptops featuring fabulous battery life (up to nine hours), low weight (starting at 3.49 pounds), and a very attractive pricetag (starting at $450).

"Deftly dodging the netbook moniker, Toshiba has announced its line of Satellite T100 ultra low voltage machines. They'll be available on October 22nd with 11.6-inch or 13.3-inch displays and over nine hours of battery life.

The Satellite T115 will have an 11.6-inch HD display and will be priced starting at $450..."
