Forget the old saying that good things come to those who wait. When it's air fares you're talking about, you've gotta act fast. As USA Today reports, airlines are beginning to offer summer travel deals. Although you'll find plenty of bargains if you book now, expect ticket prices to be a bit higher than last summer.
