Where to Buy HP p6110y

HP's p6110y earns praise in many HP p6110y reviews by Best Buy customers for being a cinch to set up, and several mention how fast the system runs. A couple of users report the HP p6110y doesn't handle games very well, but this is a budget system that's not really designed for gaming. We found a small number of comments on Best Buy's site panning this PC for crashing frequently, but this doesn't seem to be the norm. CNET likes the p6110y well enough to give it a "Good" rating; its HP p6110y review says the system was outperformed by others in this price range but gives it a respectable grade for the case design and the fact that it includes a FireWire port, which is rare in budget desktop PCs.

In addition to the HP p6110y's FireWire port, this inexpensive PC includes Intel's popular Pentium E5300 CPU, a 640GB hard drive, and a generous 6GB of RAM. The HP p6110y also supports a 7.1 speaker system and a gigabit Ethernet connection, and has six USB 2.0 ports. The p6110y also has a 15-in-1 media card reader, so it can handle just about any media card you can think of.

Even though this system didn't crack our top four, it's a worthy alternative. It has some nice hardware yet still clocks in at under $400. Although we did find a couple of users who report problems with this PC, most are satisfied with it.
