Systemax V7C2 Review
PCs from Systemax are not as common as other brands, so we found only a handful of Systemax V7C2 reviews. However, user comments on Tiger Direct.com are generally positive and note that the system is a very good value.
The Systemax V7C2 only uses an Intel Celeron CPU, which is a lower performance CPU. It includes Windows 7 Home, which is a plus, as well as 3GB of RAM. The hard drive is smaller than average at 320GB. The Systemax V7C2 does have six USB 2.0 ports and support for a 5.1 speaker system, as well as the typical 10/100 Ethernet jack.
If the Systemax V7C2 had an Intel Pentium CPU and a larger hard drive, it would be competitive with other PCs that we discuss in the buying guide. However, at $400, this desktop PC isn't quite as good a value as others we've seen in the same cheap price range.
