Bigpicturebigsound.com also raves about how good Blu-ray movies look on this system, and notes that the speakers pump out nice audio even though they're small. For the most part, Amazon.com users liked the system, though we did see a couple mention that they had trouble getting their iPods to work with the HTiB.
The Samsung HT-BD1250 has all the features you could want in a budget home theater in a box system. It has an integrated Blu-ray player that is compatible with Netflix and Pandora. This cheap home theater supports the Dolby Pro Logic II, Dolby Digital, DTS, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS-HD, and Dolby TrueHD audio formats. It has an FM tuner (no AM), an Ethernet port, and includes five satellite speakers and one subwoofer. The HT-BD1250 also includes an iPod dock.
If you don't have a Blu-ray player at home, this system is your best choice for a cheap HTiB. The only thing missing is a high-def TV.
