HP Deskjet 3050 All-in-One Printer Review
This wireless inkjet printer scans, prints, and copies, and includes templates for calendars, games, and specialty paper. Users report installation is a breeze and most are satisfied with its print performance, although quite a few gripe about noisy operation and a handful report difficulty setting up the wireless.
A newer offering from HP, the HP Deskjet 3050 All-in-One Printer is well-liked by users. HP Deskjet 3050 All-in-One Printer reviews on the HP website say it does a good job on text and color photos; most say output is crisp and sharp but a few users term the performance mediocre. Support for this model and its multifunctionality also comes from HP Deskjet 3050 All-in-One reviews on Walmart, where users praise the color prints, copies, and scans. Still, we came across a few minor gripes in HP Deskjet 3050 All-in-One reviews. On Best Buy, consumers report that printing seems a bit slow and the paper feed on the back makes for awkward loading. On other review sites some users say the machine is noisy, some gripe about the inability to produce borderless prints or print on cardstock or labels, and a couple write about problems setting up the wireless.
For the most part, though, installation seems to proceed smoothly with this wireless all-in-one and the specs actually tout one-touch setup; most users posting HP Deskjet 3050 All-in-One reviews agree it's easy to get going. There's a 60-sheet input tray and a 25-sheet output tray for all types of paper, and you can make up to 10 copies at a time and scan paper as large as 8.5 x 11.7. Color resolution is the usual 4800 x 1200 dpi and the manufacturer says it can spit out 20 pages a minute of text; we could not find any expert reviews to confirm or refute that number. The HP 3050 also boasts an Energy Star seal and a sleep mode.
The HP 3050 is a good, inexpensive multifunction printer for home or light office use. The wireless capability is convenient. All in all, a decent deal.
