Like the cheap sunglasses we researched, Kenneth Cole sunglasses are available in men's, women's, and unisex styles. The lens material is just lightweight plastic and we didn't find any polarized options. Not all models are labeled 100 percent UV protection -- some labels just say maximum UV protection. These sunglasses do, however, come in many different tints, some with a gradient coating, and they all sport the Kenneth Cole logo.

The Kenneth Cole brand is certainly well-known and the sunglasses well-priced, but we have some reservations about them. Plastic lenses don't afford the best clarity and are not impact-resistant, as are polycarbonate lenses. Moreover, you have to read the label carefully to be sure you're getting a pair with 100 percent UV protection. And while many Kenneth Cole sunglasses reviews give these sunglasses high marks, those assessments seem based more on style and brand name than on functionality. For less money, you can do better.
