These 12 lavish hotels in Europe, Asia, and elsewhere start at less than $100 a night.

The 4-star Radisson Blu is close to both Lisbon's city center and the airport, and offers free Internet, concierge services, and a fully equipped fitness center. Rooms start at $81 a night. This hotel garners mostly top ratings at TripAdvisor, with guests raving in particular about the lavish breakfast spreads. For rates starting at $75 a night, guests find themselves in the heart of a bustling city but not far from national parks and wildlife preserves.

The Hotel Palace offers 5-star accommodations starting at $98 a night near public transportation, tourist attractions, and historic sites in the center of Berlin. The hotel provides childcare, a Michelin-star restaurant, spa and gym, free Wi-Fi, and an Internet café.
