No one likes to drink too much and wake up with morning-after regrets -- about the alcohol or otherwise. While the holidays present a slew of opportunities to overindulge, remember that moderation is the best bet for preventing a hangover. If you've tippled a tad too much anyway, don't think for a second there's a quick fix to relieve the misery.
