Jakub Piven

Born in New York City but raised around the Mediterranean, Jakub’s interest in travel, food, and culture is a natural outgrowth of his upbringing. A return to the United States to study Philosophy and Classics led Jakub down the path of writing and editing. He is just as at home reading intellectual treatises and editing essays as he is preparing (and eating) hand-rolled pasta for dinner and pouring over today’s latest cookbooks.
