And to celebrate that she is doing better, she made this apple pie. To make the lattice she looked for herringbone lattice pies which was rolling out the dough balls, measuring 2 cm strips, weaving, and putting them in.

Reddit user LetsCookie made these chocolate chip dipping sticks from 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 3/4 tbsp of baking soda, 1/4 tbsp of baking powder, 1/2 tbsp of salt, 6 oz of butter softened, 1 1/4 cups of dark brown sugar packed, 1 large egg and 1 tbsp of vanilla extract. With those ingredients and after baking the dough at 375 °F for 8 to 10 minutes you can make about 18 to 20 cookie sticks.

One of these baking creations is a really beautifully decorated cake. It was made from 4 refrigerated pie crusts, using a champagne flute to cut rounds, egg wash top side, fold rounds in half, fill with pie filling of choice, and use a springform pan with parchment paper on bottom and some flour on back side. Finally, bake at 400 degrees for around 45 minutes.

Reddit user RinjiDes revealed that as an amateur baker she posted an advertisement for 8 cookies for $35 and someone ordered 24 baking creations for her son’s birthday. The woman that lives in San Antonio, Texas but doesn’t ship cookies revealed that those are sugar cookies and the royal icing is made of egg whites, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and a little lime juice.

Christmas Cocoa Cake Beanie
