A married man has decided to cook his meals in this cast-iron pan that has never been washed, according to his wife, Reddit user Key_Umpore4397. She explained that he cooks his own food in this pan using an unconventional method: He tosses in the ground beef or chicken without seasoning it and starts with a cold pan, skipping the pre-heating step. The substance on top of the meat appears to be thick, dry peanut butter that hadn’t been stirred, making one of the strangest food fails.

This man was on his way to work with a colleague when he saw him mixing peanuts into his Coca-Cola, not separately, but by actually putting the peanuts inside the individual bottle of Coke. Curry can come in many colors, but this version is far from the typical appearance of curry. This Sonic the Hedgehog curry edition was meant to be blue to match the character, but once it’s on the plate, it looks like paint. It certainly doesn’t look appetizing enough to take a spoonful. Reddit user autistic-agronomit revealed that he prepared himself a Kraft Mac & Cheese with hot dogs, wrapped in a tortilla and grilled in a panini press. He also added that you could add some Asiago Parmesan and brisket and make it US$30, like the ones sold at food trucks. A reply from applebeepatios expressed: “If I was served this as a child, I’d have been boasting to all my friends that my mom is a better cook than theirs.”
I’m Not Even Sure What This Is
Reddit user redrowan3 showed up at his girlfriend’s house, and her mother-in-law prepared this dish for him. It undoubtedly contains dough, ground meat, peppers, onions, olives, and cheese, yet it is still hard to figure out exactly what one of these food fails is. When Reddit user maybeiambatman ordered a Caprese sandwich at this Italian restaurant in a 5-star resort in Mexico, he didn’t expect to receive this dish. A sandwich should be something you can eat preferably with your hands, and there isn’t enough bread for all that cheese and basil. The user added: “I’m not Italian, but that doesn’t look like a Caprese sandwich to me.”
Conclusion
Not all dishes are well-prepared, and these images prove it. From pizzas assembled with little effort to poor decisions by the cooks themselves, such as serving a Caesar salad with just three slices of tomato and two of cheese, these images are disappointment served on a plate.
