Going to a sporting event can be pricey, but some stadiums are cheaper than others. Each season, Team Marketing Report ranks the most and least expensive teams across the major professional sports leagues. The publisher of sports marketing and sponsorship information calculates its Fan Cost Index based on the cost of four “average-price” tickets, parking for one car, four regular-size hot dogs, four small soft drinks, two small draft beers, and two of the least expensive adjustable caps for adults. Here are the five cheapest teams to see from each league — or the cheapest places to see your favorite team.
