Will fried chicken sandwiches ever dip in popularity? All signs point to no, as fast food fried chicken is trendier than ever. If you’re a fan, then this weekend’s silly food “holiday” is for you. National Fried Chicken Sandwich Day is Sunday, November 9, and fast food chains are celebrating the best way they know how: deals and freebies. Here are some of the best ways to score a cheap chicken sandwich this Sunday. 

Popeyes: Free Sandwich

Now through November 9, get a free classic, spicy, or Smokin’ Rojo chicken sandwich with any purchase of $10 or more at Popeyes. You must be a member of the chain’s rewards program and order online or through the mobile app.

McDonald’s: $2 McCrispy

Customers who use McDonald’s app can get a $2 McCrispy sandwich on Sunday. Try it with the chain’s new buffalo ranch sauce.

Jollibee: BOGO Free

Though Jollibee is known more for fried bone-in chicken, they have fried chicken sandwiches too. You can buy-one-get-one-free original or spicy sandwiches if you’re a rewards member on November 9th.

KFC: Free Sandwich

KFC has one of the best deals this year for National Fried Chicken Sandwich Day. Rewards members can get a free chicken sandwich with any purchase of $1 or more from now through Sunday.

Wingstop: Free Sandwich

Shake Shack: Free Sandwich

Burger King: Free Sandwich
