Nordstrom Rack, the offshoot of the popular department store, has been opening a ton of locations lately, despite falling profits. After opening over 20 stores last year, there are plenty more on the way, with five states currently confirmed for new locations.
What’s the Difference Between Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack?
Though they are both part of the Nordstrom brand, there is a significant difference between the two stores. The larger Nordstrom is a much more expensive store, with an enormous inventory. They’ve got everything from shoes and suits to casual wear.
Nordstrom Rack, on the other hand, is a smaller store both in size and apparel. You can still find designer brands here, but the prices are wildly better, oftentimes over 50% off.
