If you are one of those people who adore Papa John’s garlic sauce to the point of actually saying, “I could bathe in it,” well, huzzah, my friend, because now you can. The pizza chain is literally allowing you to do that.

Here’s everything you need to know.

A Valentine’s Day Surprise

On February 11, 2025, the pizza chain announced a limited-edition bath bomb inspired by its signature Special Garlic Dipping Sauce, just in time for Valentine’s Day. After all, what’s more romantic than smelling like pizza sauce?

According to a Papa John’s press release, fans have been fantasizing about this for a while, sharing posts online like, “I could bathe in @PapaJohns garlic sauce” and “Does anyone occasionally want to bathe in Papa John’s garlic sauce..”

Instead of letting these tweets live on as unfulfilled dreams, Papa John’s took them seriously — too seriously, perhaps — and created the Special Garlic Bath Bomb.

“This Valentine’s Day, the pizza company is showing a little extra love to their most passionate fans by turning their wildest dreams into reality,” a spokesperson for Papa John’s said.

Looks Just Like the Real Thing

The bath bomb even looks like the dipping sauce, housed in a dark green box labeled “Special Garlic Bath Bomb.” So you can fool yourself into thinking you’re about to drizzle it over some crust instead of, well, yourself.

Where to Get One

Papa John’s is giving away these limited-edition bath bombs to select fans who share their garlic obsession on social media. Basically, share a post about your undying love for the sauce, and you might be rewarded with a spa experience that smells like the inside of a pizza box.
