The sheet-pan dinner is a beautiful concept. For those of us who are short on time or just love a good lazy man’s hack, sheet pans can get a whole meal cooked beautifully, in a completely hands-off manner. A little bit of prep is always required for great meals, but once it’s in the oven, you can focus on something else.
Not sure where to start? Here are 15 recipes for cheap and easy sheet pan dinners.
