It’s time to check your freezer and your pantry, because a health alert was just issued for a number of popular frozen pizzas and snacks. It has to do with dry milk powder that was used as an ingredient in a number of products, according to a health alert from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service.

Here’s what you need to know, including what you should do if you have any of the affected products.

What’s Wrong with the Products?

The products called out in the health alert may be contaminated with salmonella, according to the FSIS. Salmonella is an organism that can cause serious or fatal infections in young children, the elderly, and anyone with a compromised immune system. Symptoms include fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain.

The problem stems from a single ingredient in the products: dry milk powder. A number of food manufacturers received dry milk powder that had been recalled, and then used it to make other products. Therefore, the health alert is for multiple product types from a number of manufacturers.

Thankfully, there have been no reports of illness or adverse reactions from the consumption of these products so far, according to the FSIS.

Which Products are Affected?

Currently, there are 8 products affected by the health alert. All are either frozen or pantry items, so people might still have the products in their kitchens. Here they are broken down by brand.
