National Cinnamon Roll Day is Saturday, October 4th, and three chains are going big to celebrate, two offering free rolls, and the other offering them for only a buck.

Which Chains Are Giving Away Cinnamon Rolls?

For our collective favorite holiday, you’ll find deals at Kroger, Cinnabon, and Schlotzky’s Deli. Each is a little different in terms of the exact deal and the dates the deal is active, so here’s a breakdown.

Kroger’s National Cinnamon Roll Day Deals

Kroger’s is giving away a free Private Selection (Kroger’s house brand) Cinnamon Roll, with a deal that lasts the longest by far. You can get your cinnamon roll from October 4th to 18th, but you’ll need to grab Kroger’s digital coupon by October 4th to use it.

Note: This excludes a few Kroger-owned stores, like Roundy’s, Mariano’s, QFC, Food4Less, Foods Co, Storeless, and FC Delivery.

Cinnabon’s National Cinnamon Roll Day Deals

At Cinnabon, you can get a Classic Roll for $1 between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m., as long as you’re a Cinnabon Rewards member.

Schlotzky’s National Cinnamon Roll Day Deals
