Oscar-winner Charlize Theron has two homes in the Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles, so it’s no surprise she’s looking to offload her bungalow in the Beverly Grove neighborhood.

Theron has updated the 1920s house over the last two decades. It has two bedrooms, two baths, and 1,500 square feet. The house has an eat-in kitchen, subway-tile backsplash, and high-end stainless appliances as well as a wood-burning fireplace. There’s also a detached two-car garage and a lap pool in the backyard.
