Home appliance brand Cosori has issued a colossal recall of one of the most beloved kitchen gadgets: air fryers. The recall — which includes some 2 million air fryers sold in the U.S. and another 271,000 in Mexico and Canada — comes after the company received more than 200 reports of devices that caught on fire, burned, melted, or overheated and began smoking. Here’s how to find out if your machine is affected and get a free replacement.

In order to receive a replacement for your air fryer, or a choice of another Cosori product, you’ll need to cut the cord of your existing device and submit photos of the unit to Cosori. You can do that by registering at recall.cosori.com.
