Like Zatarain’s, Louisiana taps the bold flavors that are prominent in its namesake state. Louisiana offers a few different flavors for its fish fry batters, but the seasoned crispy one is the perfect balance of bright herbs and spices with a swoon-worthy crunch factor that’s ideal for fried fish.
