Breakfast salad? Come again? We never thought to plate our breakfast on a bed of greens but we have to say, this idea is sort of brilliant and absolutely perfect for brunch. A simple vinaigrette tossed with a bed of greens, topped with bacon and eggs. Boom. That simple.
