At a time when many restaurants are struggling, there are a few that are still popular enough to expand. One of them is Raising Cane’s, a chicken tender chain with a small menu and a loyal following. It’s opening new locations in 8 states across the country soon, including one state that doesn’t have a Cane’s yet. Here’s what chicken fans should know about the new Raising Cane’s locations.
Why Is Raising Cane’s Opening New Locations?

Fast food fried chicken is incredibly popular right now, and Raising Cane’s is taking full advantage of that. Whenever a new Cane’s opens, there’s usually lots of fanfare, giveaways, and lines of cars down the street.
The menu is very small, with only chicken fingers and creamy Cane’s dipping sauce, fries, Texas toast, and slaw. That allows employees to do everything consistently well, ensures service is fast and efficient, and keeps customers coming back.
How Fast Is Raising Cane’s Growing?

Raising Cane’s has ambitious plans to operate 1,600 locations nationwide by 2030. This year, the chain is on track to open about 100 new restaurants, so they’re starting off strong. In October, the chain opened six new locations, and about 18 over the summer.
When Will the New Raising Cane’s Open?

This time around, Raising Cane’s will open new locations between November 4th and 18th. So if you’ve been hoping for a local Cane’s, you may be getting an early Christmas present.
