When it comes to holidays, Aldi never misses an opportunity to lean in and offer festive products, from decorations and apparel to snacks and foods. We rounded up some of the best affordable St. Patrick’s Day items at Aldi so you can get in touch with the luck o’ the Irish.

‘In My Lucky Era’ Candle

A candle with a festive design featuring rainbows, stars, and shamrocks. The label reads "Kirkton House Lucky Era" and shows the weight as 14 oz (396.89g). The candle is displayed on a store shelf.

One of the highlights of Aldi’s candles is that they don’t just smell good, they look cute, too. The “In My Lucky Era” candle is living proof. For only $5, it’s absolutely worth it to feel a little festive.

Rainbow Sprinkles Lucky Charms

Family size boxes of Rainbow Sprinkles Lucky Charms cereal are displayed on a store shelf. The boxes feature a cartoon leprechaun and colorful marshmallow shapes. Price tag reads £4.93.

Why settle for regular Lucky Charms when you can go full on rainbow sprinkles, birthday cake flavor, and unicorn marshmallows? This box sounds way more fun. Aldi sells the family size for just under $5.

Leprechaun’s Delight and Shamrock Creme Crunch Trail Mixes

Two colorful snack bags on display: one labeled “Leprechaun's Delight Trail Mix” with marshmallows and nuts, featuring a cauldron and rainbow design, and one labeled “Shamrock Crème Crunch Trail Mix” with a shamrock-shaped window.

Aldi absolutely knows their way around a good trail mix, and the St. Patrick’s Day versions are drool-worthy. From dehydrated marshmallows and shortbread cookies in the Leprechaun version to cappuccino-flavored almonds and chocolate cookie squares in the Shamrock variety, whoever was in charge of flavor selection here deserves a raise. The 8-ounce bags cost $4.89 at my local Aldi store.

Keogh’s Crinkle Cut Irish Potato Chips

Bags of Keogh’s Irish potato chips on a store shelf, featuring two flavors: Guinness Crinkle Cut and Sour Cream & Shamrock. The packaging highlights Irish themes and imagery.

Nothing says St. Patrick’s Day snacks quite like kettle chips. Keogh’s chips are touted as being “grown in love, in Ireland,” so they’re inherent to the holiday. The Irish potato chips come in Guinness and Sour Cream and Shamrock flavors and cost $4 a bag.

Clancy’s Beer Cheese Kettle Chips

Bags of Clancy’s Beer Cheese flavored Kettle Chips are displayed on a store shelf with a price tag of $2.19. The orange packaging shows images of chips and a mug of beer with cheese.

For a cheaper chip that still gives the right vibe for the lucky holiday, Clancy’s beer cheese-flavored kettle chips get the job done for just over $2 a bag. You can also find a Reuben flavor in the same brand and price point, but my local store was currently out of stock.

Specially Selected Irish Cream Cheesecake

A glass jar of Specially Selected Irish Cream Cheesecake dessert is displayed in a black box on a store shelf, priced at $3.99 at ALDI. The label highlights "Rich & Creamy Dessert.
Rachel Schneider / Cheapism

Cheesecake lovers, Aldi has an Irish cream version so you can get in the spirit of the leprechaun on March 17 for only $4. I was a little disappointed that I didn’t find more St. Patty’s-themed desserts at Aldi, but when I saw this little guy, I was tickled … green.

Emporium Selection Irish Truckles & St. Patrick’s Day Assorted Cheeses

Assorted specialty cheeses, including Sage Derby, Irish Porter, and colored cheese wheels, are displayed on a store shelf with $3.99 price tags and ALDI Finds labels.

If you didn’t know, Aldi is an absolute gold mine for cheeses, and the St. Patrick’s Day options do not disappoint. For $4, Aldi offers a Sage Derby cheese with a festive green swirl, Irish Porter cheddar cheese with porter ale, and a few different Irish cheddar cheeses infused with things like whiskey and beer.
