There’s been an explosion of gluten-free foods in grocery stores over the last several years, and Costco is no slouch when it comes to courting shoppers who need or want to skip wheat and other dicey grains. We recently browsed the aisles of our favorite warehouse club to see — and try — what’s available for gluten-free shoppers. From chicken enchiladas to frozen nuggets, here are some of Costco’s gluten-free items that have received rave reviews from customers.
