In store, Costco members can find good buys on drugstore staples and some salon-quality items in-store, but if you’re in search of something special, don’t forget to go online — Costco’s website has an impressive range of luxury beauty products for less.Not already a Costco member? One of the best in-store deals is a five-pack of 2.1-ounce Secret pH Invisible Solid Deodorant for $11.49, or $1.09 an ounce. Amazon, on the other hand, sells six of them for $20.82, or $1.33 an ounce.

Those are prices untouched by most other retailers. The best Amazon can do is $15.97 for 20 ounces of the cleanser, or 80 cents an ounce. Walmart offers 16 ounces of the cream for $14.12, or about 88 cents an ounce.

Target wants $13.82 per ounce, selling the 1.7 ounce bottle for $23.49, while Amazon is asking $17.38, or $10.22 an ounce.

Though Costco sells familiar brand names including Pantene and Dove, the store’s best hair care deal is usually its own Kirkland Signature shampoo and conditioner, which earn raves for being both better and cheaper than the name brands. A big 33.8-ounce bottle of shampoo is just $11.99 in store, or 35 cents an ounce. The conditioner is also $11.99 for the same size.
